NOTICE

Funeral details for Ntate Solomon Ntabeni Nkutha- Zwane, a member of our congregation and the Sons of Allen. 06 December 2025, 08h00 to 10h00.

We thank God for his life, his labours and commitment towards the life and ministry of our church; from his YPD days, to serving in the church choir, various positions in the church, and more importantly in the formation of the local men's ministry, which continues to grow and draw men unto Christ.

Kindly, keep the family in your thoughts and prayers, believing that the Lord's grace will strengthen and comfort all of us.

Isaiah 25:7-8 NIV
[7] On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; [8] he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces.

BOOK LAUNCH

On 27 July 2025 we will gather to worship and the official book launch of the book, "Dear Firstborn Child" authored by Nosipho Mhlungu, one of our daughters in the church. As a young lady, navigating her way through life, family, faith and work, she felt inspired by the Holy Spirit to use her gifting and write her maiden book.

Come join and share in our joy and thankfulness to God, who has allowed her thoughts and efforts to come into fruition.

DS Modisapodi Charlotte Maxeke Ladies Fellowship Convention is in session and is being hosted by the congregation of DH Sims Tabernacle. All sister churches are represented and we look forward to fellowship that is met by the graces and giftings of the Holy Spirit.

In a world trembling with uncertainty, we still believe in the unshakable power of the Holy Spirit — power that revives, empowers, comforts, and commissions.

Join the 19th Episcopal District of the African Methodist Episcopal Church as we enter into a sacred moment of Pentecost intercession, calling upon the Spirit of God to descend afresh and stir revival in our souls, our churches, and our nations.

Let every voice rise. Let every heart burn anew. Let heaven come down.
