Glory of God Ministries My purpose to reach the lost with the gospel, teaching others to share their faith effectively and edify the body of Christ (1 Thessalonians 5:11)

South African based ministry, which is for what its name stands for. Everything for the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:13)
This is entirely a faith based ministry, and not linked to any organisation or church. My aim is to walk in the great commission (Mark 16:15) as well as teaching others to do so (2 Timothy 4:5)
Also reaching out to the needy with social action as Jesus states in Matthew 25:35

-40 But in all using this as a platform to share the gospel also (Mark 8:36)
Also to edify and build up the body of Christ.

John 6:26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.
What oh Christian is it you hunger for? is it to want to fill your bellies and then do what you will? or is it Christ, in all His Majesty, in all His splendor, in all His excellency, in all His righteousness, in all His love. in all His forgiveness?
Do you say "Have your own way Lord?" or do you still still say "have your own way but let me keep this"
Oh Christian, the deep deep love of Jesus beckons you to full surrender, no holding back, no turning back. "I am the bread of life, he that comes to me shall never hunger. Are you in a relationship with Jesus as He is a great accessory? or have you surrendered all to him?as He is our Necessity!

Please pray for the inmates and guards (around 12-15)from Modderbee prison, that I had the privilege of sharing the gospel with at a hospital yesterday! they were there for physical treatment, but God was there for their spiritual treatment. Praise and glory to Jesus as it was a guard that gave me permission to hand them tracts and speak with them! (Justice for all tracts = very appropriate!!)

*PRAISE REPORT*
Have been to see Gugu, the young girl we are praying for who was paralyzed from the neck down after a car accident.
She is doing good, but the amazing thing, is she is now moving her other arm and hand, and also feeling people tickling the bottom of her feet!!! What an awesome God we serve! hallelujah.

If you win a battle with a gun, or a sword, what have you won? nothing except shedding the blood of another and still you will die one day. However if you win a battle on your knees, and overcome the enemy by the blood of the Lamb that was 'shed for you', you will stand on the shoulders of giants, and be given life eternal with our Lord Jesus Christ. The greatest of battles are won on our knees.
