ECCM hosted a successful Beauty Pageant last night at ECCM Auditorium in Greenfields.
The show was hosted as part of the youth fundraising in preparation for 2019 Youth conference to be held on the 28th to 30th June.

Youth, the hosts of the show gave a grand opening when they paraded the stage, all in black and introduced themselves to the audience.
Lindo Sibanyoni, the Youth Coordinator warmly welcomed all the contestants, judges and audiences. "I'm the Youth Coordinator, but we all lead", she said. Beautiful and positive words coming from a leader. She continued by saying, "this is the night we must all enjoy".

There were 30 contestants representing four departments in the church. Amongst the contestants, there was Mrs. Maxethuka, the first price winner-representing mothers. She walked the stage with confidence and impressively answered the judges questions. The runner-up representing mother was Mrs Mnisi. Mr Sibanyoni, the audiences' favorite came on the stage with a winning attitude and he took the first prize, with Mr Lino as the runner-up.
Ntokozo Sithole and Mandla Phungula represented teenagers well and they all came first in the Female and Male teens category.

Marothi Sebola, the MC and Asisithi Madikazi, his Co-MC, paraded the stage contesting while judges were still deliberating. Judging by the noise of audiences, Marothi lost to Asisithi.

All done in the house of God is encouraged by his word. Pastor Phungula, the father of the house, filled our stores reading from the book of Acts 17:28 for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’
This was just a confirmation that without Christ Youth could not have hosted a successful show like this on.
