Summer Missionary Institute for Training and Evangelism

SMITE New England is an institute for teenagers and is meant to equip them to conduct backyard Bible clubs where they can minister to children and lead them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Ministry isn’t just about teaching lessons, it’s also about lifting your voice to encourage others! 🎶✨
At SMITE Camp, students have the opportunity to use their musical gifts by joining singing groups and ministering during chapel services. There is nothing quite like hearing a group of young people blend their voices in genuine praise.
It’s a great way to grow confidence, build lifelong friendships, and worship the Lord together.

Look closely in the background: it wasn’t just the children listening today.
One of the most overlooked blessings of neighborhood Bible clubs is the adults who sit in, listen from the porch, or pull up a spot on the grass beside their kids.
When teenagers are trained to clearly and boldly teach the Gospel, God uses their faithfulness to touch older generations too.
Pray with us for every parent, guardian, and neighbor who heard the good news this summer!

You don’t need an auditorium to share the Gospel; just a shade tree, a tarp on the grass, and young people willing to go.
Right here in the heart of a local neighborhood: the younger kids gathered on the blanket listening to God’s Word, while the older boys sat with another coordinator just behind on the park bench, talking through truths that matter.

This is what SMITE Camp is all about: taking youth out of their comfort zones and teaching them how to reach their own communities with the Gospel.

Completing all 4 levels of SMITE is no small feat.
It takes commitment, courage, and a heart ready to step out of comfort zones to reach children with the Gospel. Huge congratulations to her on earning the Level 4 certificate!
When young people are given biblical foundations and practical tools, they become influencers and leaders in their local churches and communities.

Before our teenagers head out to lead Bible clubs across New England, they sit in classrooms learning practical, biblical tools to reach kids for Christ.
We are so thankful for instructors like Mrs. Holmes who take the time to guide, instruct, and invest in our students every step of the way.

Know a teenager who needs solid Bible training and ministry experience next summer? Share this with their family!

Fueling up for ministry the official New England way. ☕✨
Whether it was before, during, or right after Bible clubs, a Dunkin’ run was definitely required for this team!
Grateful for the leaders, teens, and everyday moments that make SMITE Camp unforgettable.

Why are you a Christian?

I am a Christian because I was once spiritually dead in trespasses and sins, but God, through His infinite mercy, redeemed me by the precious blood of His Son, Jesus Christ.

And this is why i should tell others about the Savior.

The Men’s singing group brought their hearts to the platform during the camp.
What a blessing!
