Billions are still waiting for the opportunity to follow Jesus, but just one yes can make a difference.

This past week, 67 Missionary Associates gave their resounding yes as they walked across the stage and were celebrated for answering God’s call to advance access to the gospel.

They said yes to God and goodbye to the familiar, laying it down to step into a new future and bring the gospel to all nations.

Is it worth it?

Their answer echoes the words of Paul in Philippians 3:7: “I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done.”

Their commissioning was more than a moment of recognition. It was a declaration that Jesus is worthy of their sacrifice, discipline, and obedience.

These missionaries will soon serve in 37 nations, carrying the hope of the gospel to people and places still without access. Their yes is helping ensure that more people have the opportunity to hear, respond, and follow Jesus.

You can prepare someone with knowledge. You can equip them with strategy. But what the mission field ultimately demands is something only God can give.

Yesterday, missionary candidates and MAs ended a full day of training seeking a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Together, they prayed over one another for a greater filling of His presence in their lives and ministry.

This is what sets Assemblies of God World Mission apart. We don't just send trained workers — we send Spirit-filled ones.

As Journey Training continues, join us in praying for more moments like these.

This week, Missionary Associates gathered for Journey Training — and we asked them: What's one thing you're taking with you to the field?

From hearts ready to serve the nations, to the joy of seeing the body of Christ come together — these MAs are learning what it means to go as a team, rooted in the local church and connected to a global network of missionaries.

Millions of people in communities across Asia Pacific remain without access to the gospel. Many have never had the opportunity to hear the name of Jesus.

"How can they hear about Him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent?" — Romans 10:14b–15a

As of January 2026, 492 Global Workers are serving across the region — but 537 more are still needed just to meet the regional goal.

Join us in praying that God would call more people to serve in these places without access to the gospel and that hearts would respond faithfully to His mission.

If you're interested in serving in Asia Pacific, we'd love to start a conversation! agwm.org/en/go/

A new generation of missionary candidates is gathered for Journey Training. Yesterday, they met with their regional teams to hear from veteran missionaries and get a real glimpse of what God has prepared for them on the field.

Every missionary on the field today was once standing right where these candidates are standing now — full of calling, preparing to go, and leaning on the wisdom of those who had gone before them.

Pray for every candidate stepping into God's calling. The best stories are just beginning.

A new national Children's Ministry department has launched in Belize.
Local churches are being equipped and resourced to reach the next generation — and the fruit is already showing.

At their most recent event, children gave their lives to Jesus and were baptized in the Holy Spirit. The next generation of Belize is encountering the love of God.

Pray with us for the people of the Philippines following a powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck off the coast of Mindanao. Current reports indicate that at least 32 people have lost their lives and more than 100 have been injured.

As updates continue to come in, local Assemblies of God leaders have reported no known casualties among church members. Two church buildings sustained minor damage and remain standing, while one congregation has lost the facility where they gather for worship. Communication has not yet been established with one section of the affected area, and concerns remain about the needs that may still be unknown.

Pray for comfort, strength, and peace for the thousands of people affected across Mindanao.

Pray for pastors, churches, and believers as they care for their communities and demonstrate the love of Christ during this difficult time.

Pray that many who are searching for hope in the wake of this disaster would encounter Jesus and come to a saving knowledge of Him.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1

Journey Training has begun. The opening session included a Q&A, shared meal, and worship.

AG World Missions Executive Director John Easter spoke on the Gospel Access vision and rooted our call to establish the church among all peoples everywhere in Romans 16.

Pray for our missionaries as training continues, that each session equips them to advance the gospel to the people and places they're called to serve.

Journey Training and Missionary Renewal are finally here! Starting tomorrow, for the next three weeks, hundreds of missionaries will be joining together for a time of team building and reflecting on God's call on their lives to reach people and places without access to the gospel.

For the first two weeks, missionary candidates will be involved in training workshops, learning how to effectively serve on the field while also preparing them with the tools to preach the gospel cross-culturally. In the third week, returning missionaries will experience a time of spiritual renewal as they fellowship with each other through prayer and worship.

We are excited to witness the extraordinary blessings that will come from this month together!

Some people have never been prayed for. Not because they aren't loved by God, but because no one knows to ask... yet.
2,074 people groups in the world today have no known believers, no missionaries, and no churches among them. No access to the gospel at all.

That number should move us — and it's exactly why we're making a change.

This month, our weekly Call to Prayer newsletter is becoming something new: Gospel Access Prayer newsletter. Every other week, we'll bring you into the stories of people and places where the gospel has yet to arrive — and invite you to pray with intention for those without access.
