๐Ÿšจ The Heritage Commission of Saudi Arabia announced the discovery of rocks with inscriptions dating back to the earliest days of Islฤm. The rocks were discovered in the Al-Mahd governorate in the region of Madฤซnah.

The most prominent incription bears the name of the second Caliph, สฟUmar ibn al-Khaแนญแนญฤb ุฑุถูŠ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุนู†ู‡.

The inscription reads: โ€œAllฤh is the guardian of สฟUmar ibn al-Khaแนญแนญฤb in this world and the Hereafter. There is no god but Allฤh.โ€
