新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のため、本堂での坐禅会は行いません。

１８：３０〜１９：０５（１回目）　休憩（５分）
１９：１０～１９：４５（２回目）
※zoomに時間制限があるそうですので、２回に分けて行います。
