Our feeds. Our friends. The voices we follow. The things we watch. The algorithms that know what keeps our attention.

Whether we realize it or not, something is always forming us.

Over these next several Encounter Nights, we’re going to explore a better way—a life increasingly shaped by Jesus, Scripture, Christian community, and the sources of wisdom God has given us.

Thanks to everyone who came out for our first night! 🙌 And a huge thank you to Kaylee Fell from Bethel Church in Ladysmith for kicking off the series with us.

Our first CONNECT night was a hit and we can't wait to hang out AGAIN this Sunday night for our first city-wide Encounter night of the 2026-2027 season!

We're starting a brand new series called WISE: Finding Wisdom in a World of Noise, based on The Wisdom Pyramid by Brett McCracken.

We live in a world of endless voices.

Our feeds. Our friends. Algorithms. Podcasts. News. Entertainment. The people we follow. The things we watch.

Whether we realize it or not, something is always forming us.

Kaylee Fell from Bethel Church in Ladysmith will be kicking us off with a simple but important question:

Who—or what—is forming me?

Together we'll look at the noise competing for our attention and why Jesus and Scripture offer something radically different: truth and wisdom we can actually build our lives on.

✨ GENERATIONS YA + GRADE 12'S SUMMER SOCIAL! ✨

Our LAST YA Summer Social is coming up - and we're ending the summer with Sundaes + Board Games! 🍦🎲🙌

Whether you've been around all summer or this will be your first time, come on out and connect!

And YES - we want to see our Grade 11's heading into Grade 12, as well as recent graduates who are still around town this summer! 👏

He's looking forward to being back and getting a chance to connect with YOU!

Starting this Friday evening, there will be a few social gatherings for Young Adults + Gr. 12’s for the summer. If you were just in Gr. 11 and going into Gr. 12 this fall, you are welcome to join us as well!

Bring a towel if you wanna swim, play some ultimate, have a chill time, and whatever else you want to get up to at the beach! We’ll have a cooler full of cold pop/bubly ready for you guys ❄️🧊

TOMORROW NIGHT...

Young Adults + Gr. 12's across the mid-island region are invited to join us at Nanoose Bay Camp (2531 Nanoose Beach Rd, Nanoose Bay, BC) as we host a Barbecue & Field Games at the beach!

- Join us there at 5:30pm and feel free to bring a camping stove/BBQ to put on your tailgate or on a table to help us cook the meat up!

- We will provide buns and burgers/hot dogs/condiments (and drinks)! If you could bring something to share like chips, veggies, or cookies, that would be great!

Bring your friends and join us for a great night at Nanoose!

Tonight we’re gathering at Generations Church for a powerful night of worship, communion, community — and the launch of a brand new series.

🎤 Trevor Kempner will be speaking as we kick off the series with a message titled:
👀 “Hindsight is 20/20”

Sometimes we only see what God was doing when we look back. Tonight we lean in, reflect, and ask what He might be shaping in us right now.

Join us for “Friendsmas” on December 13th at 5 PM—a fun Christmas event for all young adults!

This isn’t a Generations event, but a community gathering hosted by some amazing people we know. Expect live music, delicious food, games, and a silent auction—with all proceeds going to Loaves and Fishes Community Food Bank!
