Today, we kicked off our first day of Vacation Bible School with the theme "Rainforest Falls". Our volunteers did an amazing job with the decor! Give them a "like" to let them know how amazing it is. Father Travis kicked off the morning by leading everyone in prayer and shared that we even have rainforests here in the US. And seminarian Josiah Lewis, who is visiting us for the summer, joined in the fun!

Do you have rising 4th grader or older? We're looking for altar servers to serve at Mass. Not only do they get the best seat in the house, it's fun to actively help with the Mass!

🎓On Sunday, our graduating high school seniors participated in our annual Baccalaureate Mass with Fr. Pat Click offering them special blessings.

It was also incredibly special that brother and sister Cruz and Shea Weidner were able to graduate together in the Class of 2026. The Weidner family says, "Thanks to our church family for praying for Shea for 20 years. So many miracles!"

We are so proud of all of our graduates and wish you the very best!

Did you know Jesus is present with us in the Eucharist in our Adoration Chapel?

Did you know we need someone to sit with Jesus 6am-10pm daily so we can make adoration available to our parishioners?

Thanks to your help, St. Alphonsus was able to donate more than 3,000 pounds of food valued at $5,700+ to The Caring Center collected last weekend. This will make a big difference for families in Boone County who are facing food insecurity.

We also appreciate everyone who signed up to help collect donations at the truck last week. Thanks for living generously and sharing your time and treasure with others!

“It is never okay to intentionally target non-combatants in war.”
