Take time to Remember their Sacrifice!!

Truth!!

You can sit in a church for forty years…
and still never truly meet Christ.

You can know the songs.
The sermons.
The language.
The Bible stories.

You can learn how Christians speak…
and still remain untouched deep inside.

A.W. Tozer saw this tragedy clearly:

“Men do not become Christians by associating with church people.”

Because faith is not inherited through proximity.

No one becomes spiritually alive simply by standing near spiritual things.

At some point… faith must become personal.

Not your parents’ faith.
Not your pastor’s faith.
Not the atmosphere around you.

Yours.

Jesus did not say:
“Admire faith from a distance.”

He said:

“You must be born again.” — John 3:7

It’s the difference between standing in sunlight… and actually being warmed by it.

Between reading about water… and finally drinking.

Between knowing about God… and truly knowing Him.

And deep down, many people quietly feel this.

That ache.
That emptiness.
That sense that something is still missing.

That is not condemnation.

It may actually be mercy.

God awakening a heart that has spent years around truth…
but is only now beginning to hunger for Him personally.

So don’t settle for inherited religion when Christ is offering real life.

And don’t settle for the shadow…
when He is offering the substance.
