The Hearts of JOY Women’s Ministries, a ministry of Zarephath Christian Church, welcomes women of all ages into the sisterhood of Christ; an inclusive, loving group of women looking for Christ centered relationships and more of Jesus! This ministry encourages and equips women to find their unique identity in the Lord thru Worship, the Word and awesome personal testimonies and how the power of God

can transform lives. Throughout the year, ongoing events include monthly fellowships (3rd weekend), an annual Spring Retreat, our Anniversary Garden Brunch, the Share the JOY Christmas Banquet, dinner fellowships and special events such as simulcasts, concerts and day trips. Hearts of GRACE and Hearts for MISSIONS are extensions of this ministry where we meet the needs of women and their families, and support local and worldwide mission fields. We are called to stand on the Word of God and be able to say that “The JOY of the Lord is your strength.” Neh. 8:10. We can do that together as we stand together in the power of Cross. What a sweet time of fellowship at the HOJ Spring Retreat “SHALOM for Today.”

Women of all ages and stages worshipped, prayed, broke bread , fellowshipped and were encouraged from the Word.

Jesus wants to give you peace that passes all understanding. Our next HOJ Women's Retreat Day will encourage you with Shalom for Today in your heart, your home, your workplace, and your world. We will hear a testimony of God's faithfulness from Sofia Mejia. Sofia and her husband Scott opened Ari Yehuda Messianic Synagogue, have walked through health challenges, and witnessed God's presence on a recent trip to Israel.
We will begin with an early continental breakfast, followed by morning and afternoon speaking sessions with anointed worship and the ministry of dance. During the break, enjoy lunch, prayer walk and fellowship! Let's all reach out and invite a friend or neighbor to join us for this important day in the Lord! See you soon!
