Steve Cordes has let us know. "He is on his way to the hospital from the Guthrie hospital. He was putting up a wall and he lost it. It drug him over and off of the 2nd floor. He broke his arm/wrist and messed up some vertebra's in his back." Not making much sense...he was on a lot of pain killers. I'll keep you updated regarding his condition as I find out.

No fight night the July 5th. We do still have class on the 5th but just normal practice. Also! No karate practice July 12th due to VBS. See yall this Tuesday but not next

Fighters needed THIS TUESDAY in Piedmont 6:30 and Guthrie 6:00 for testing. If possible please try to make one of these tests and fight. These dojos do a great job helping us with our fighting portion of the test, so it's time to give back!

Karate class has been canceled for tonight due to the weather threats. This means you will have two weeks to practice your first few katas new details! Be safe tonight and be practicing for Championships on may 7!

Starting the week after next, everyone must be at practice at 5:45 for class to begin at 6. Arriving anytime after 6 will result in some sort of conditioning set by an instructor.

ATTENTION: Karate Swim Party at Kingfisher Swimming Pool (Vernie Snow Aquatic Center). -Tuesday Sept 15
-From 6-8pm
-This will take place instead of karate practice at Surrey.
-Please bring family as we hang out, eat finger foods, and have a mini practice in the pool.
-if you would like to bring finger foods to share w/ all that'd be awesome!
-ABKA and family are welcome!!!
