It’s our first baking session of the fall tomorrow! (Sept. 3 from 2-4:00 pm.) NOTE: Bob needs extra setup and mixing helpers this go around since he'll be in a sling (rotator cuff repair surgery Sept. 8). If you can help with that, setup & mixing starts 1 hour before that listed time.

Here is the schedule for the rest of the fall:
Thurs, Sept. 3, 2-4:00 pm (Peanut Butter)
Tues, Sept. 22, 6-8:00 pm (Oatmeal)
Tues, Sept. 29, 2-4:00 pm (Chocolate Chip)
Tues, Oct 13, 6 - 8:00 pm (Peanut Butter)
Tues, Oct 20, 2 - 4:00 pm (Oatmeal)

The simple act of baking cookies can be an beautiful act of grace for the participants of Kairos weekends as well as the rest of the population and staff of the facilities where we serve. If you can spare an hour or two, it would be such a blessing. You can also support Kairos by donating funds to buy cookie ingredient. Just go to umcgs.org, click the "Give" button and select "Kairos" in the Fund drop-down menu.
