Hello Bryant Street Family,

Terry Knight recently fell and broke her hip. She had surgery and is recovering well. She is home now and ready for us to bring her meals. Because the Knight's address is on the meal train, and this is a public page, I won't be posting it here. Please send a message to me here, or text me at 951-236-5024 and I can send you the link.

Blessings,
Stacy Levitsky

Hello Church,
This Sunday is Easter. We will gather to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Easter is one of the most significant Sundays of the year, not just because of what we celebrate, but because of who comes. Many who don’t normally attend church will be here: people you’ve invited, people we’ve been praying for, and people who simply decided to walk through the doors.
This is an opportunity the Lord has given us.
As we prepare, I want to call us to three things:
1. Pray with expectation.
Ask God to draw people to Himself. Ask that the gospel would be heard clearly and received with faith.
Pray for softened hearts, for real conversations, and for lasting fruit.
Pray for me as I preach, for our music team and choir as they lead, and for every volunteer who will help create a welcoming and Christ-centered environment.
2. Think like a missionary.
This Sunday is not primarily about our preferences, it’s about people who need to meet Jesus.
So come ready to serve. Sit closer to the front. Make space. Welcome others intentionally.
If the sanctuary fills, be willing to move to the overflow room in the McKay building so that guests can find a seat in the main service.
Small sacrifices can have eternal impact. What feels like a small inconvenience to you may be the very thing that helps someone hear the gospel clearly.
3. Rejoice in what God is doing.
Whether the room is full or not, our joy is anchored in the finished work of Christ.
He has conquered sin and death. He has made a way for us to be reconciled to God.
And we will celebrate, not only what He has done, but what He is continuing to do in and through our church.
Let’s step into this Sunday together with faith, intentionality, and joy.
