David wasn’t doing anything impressive when God called him. He was tending sheep, being faithful with what was in front of him.

Maybe that’s where you are right now. Maybe God is asking you to step up in your marriage, your parenting, in serving others, or living more generously.

Don’t let feeling under-qualified disqualify you from what God is calling you to. He created you, designed you, loves you, and has a plan for you!

When He says go, go.
When He says walk through the door, walk.
When He says love, love.

It’s easy to say, “I love God.” But does your life show it?

This week, ask yourself: Do my actions match what I say I believe?

Is my yes really yes? Is my no really no?

God calls us to be steadfast. To persevere. To stand firm. To be people whose lives align with our words.

You are God’s answer to someone’s prayer!

There’s someone praying about a problem that you have the solution for. There’s someone praying for wisdom that you have the perspective for. There’s someone praying for financial provision that you have the abundance to step in for.

There’s someone praying for an opportunity that you have the ability to unlock. There’s someone praying for a loved one to know Jesus, and you’re the person God is calling to share the Gospel with them.

All the things that God wants to do on earth, He works through you!

LIVE LIFE URGENTLY. The most important day of your life is the last day. There are enumerable things that could distract you from living for that last day. Do you know Jesus? Have you confessed your sin to Jesus? Have you received forgiveness and eternal life from Jesus? Are you ready to stand before Jesus? That’s the most important thing.

So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin.
