Happy Saturday Everyone,

What a great week of Revival Meetings we had this past week with Rev. Ian Rigney. God came and spoke to our hearts challenging us to Stir the Spiritual Fire of God within us.

As we gather tomorrow, we are going to consider the question, Why Are We to Be Effective Christians? God did not save us to sit and be idle but to effective in sharing the greatest treasure He has given us in Salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Happy Saturday Everyone,

We are just one day away from the beginning of our scheduled Revival Services. I hope you have been praying, preparing your hearts, planning your attendance, and inviting others to come as we seek the Lord to Stir the Fire of His presence in our lives.

Rev. Ian Rigney will be with us starting Sunday Night to share with us the messages God has prepared for us to hear. Let us come ready to receive and respond to the speaking of God’s Holy Spirit to our lives.

Tomorrow morning, we will answer the question, why we need revival? We will answer this question as we examine the life of David, the one who is called “the man after God’s own heart.” Even this man considered so close to God needed revival in his life. So let God speak to us tomorrow morning and examine our hearts and understand why we personally need revival.

Happy Saturday Everyone!

Fall has officially arrived on the calendar, and the temperatures have agreed at least for a few days. With the cooler temperatures, compared to the summer heat, it feels crisp and refreshing to us.

We are just eight days away from the beginning of our revival meetings called Stir the Fire. Just like the fall crisp refreshes us, there are times when we as Christians need that time of refreshing and stirring of the fire of God inside of us. I hope that you have been praying and preparing your hearts to receive God’s message and stir the fire of God in you. I encourage you to invite someone to come and be a part of these meetings.

As we prepare for these meetings, tomorrow’s message will be about Asking, Seeking, and Knocking for Revival.

Be sure to pray for our Guest Preacher, Rev. Ian Rigney, as God has prepared him for this time to come and share God’s word with us.

Happy Saturday Everyone,

I hope you have had a good week and remembered to cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.

Tomorrow as we gather for worship, we will hear Peter’s final words of encouragement. He is going to remind them that they are to Watch out for the Devil, Resist Him through Faith, Remember that they are not alone in their trials and sufferings, Remember that these trials and sufferings are temporary, and Love our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Remember our Stir the Fire Revival starts in two weeks on October 4th. Be praying and preparing your hearts for the speaking and moving of God. Pray for our speaker, Rev. Ian Rigney as prepares the messages God lays on his heart to share with us.

Invite someone to join us for church tomorrow as well as our upcoming Revival Services.

Happy Saturday Everyone,

We have made to the “unofficial” last weekend of summer. But you cannot tell it by the hot temperatures we are having outside.

This is Labor Day Weekend. The Labor Day Holiday, which is officially on Monday, represents an annual celebration of the social and economic achievements of American workers. The holiday is rooted in the late nineteenth century, when labor activists pushed for a federal holiday to recognize the many contributions workers have made to America’s strength, prosperity, and well-being.

Tomorrow, as we study God’s word together, Peter is going to address the work of church leaders and their responsibilities. This came at a time when the new believers were face terrible persecution and needed strong leadership to help guide them through the most difficult of days.

For those who are traveling this weekend, we pray for your safe travel and return.

Happy Saturday Everyone,

God is Good all the time and all the time God is Good!

Don’t forget that tonight we are meeting at 6:00 pm for movie night. This will be a great time of fellowship as we gather and watch a great movie. Invite someone to come with you.

Tomorrow will be another great day as we gather to worship the Lord. As we study God’s word we will see how we reveal our identity with Christ. What identifies us as a Christian? What makes our identity with Christ different than the world? Come tomorrow and let’s let the Lord teach us through His word.

Happy Saturday Everyone!

This is the day that the Lord hath made, let us rejoice and be glad.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow as we come to worship our Lord and Savior.

As we study God’s word, Peter is going to give further instruction on how to live for God as we prepare for the imminent return of Christ. What are we to be doing? Are we taking the return of Christ seriously? Are we watchful in our prayers? Are we fervently loving as we should? Are we being hospitable without grumbling? Are we using our God given spiritual gift to serve and minister to others that gives all the glory to God?

Come and let’s let God speak to us, encourage us, motivate us as we live for Him!

Don’t forget that the we are having a Movie Evening on Saturday, August 29th at 6:00 p.m. We will be watching the movie called, The Mulligan. It is free to attend the movie but we ask you to donate as the Lord leads to help support the mission trip of Stephen and Rebekah Wright. There will be snacks to enjoy during the movie. Be sure to bring your favorite chair to sit in.
