There are many competing calendars in the Whole Bible Believing community because groups independently try to reconstruct a "purely biblical" calendar from scripture, leading to dozens of modern, conflicting theories.
Our group follows the "sighted moon" calendar, so the upcoming dates may change depending on when the new moon is actually sighted. However, here is our tentative 2027 calendar according to astronomical predictions and the known spring/fall equinoxes.

As the sun sets, we’re reflecting on the restfulness of these double Shabbats and the final moments of Sukkot! 🌿✨
​There’s something so special about spending these last hours under the sukkah, taking in the autumn evening air, and giving thanks for the shelter and blessings around us.
As we prepare to pack up, we're carrying forward the warmth, unity, and renewal of this holiday season.
​Praying everyone has a peaceful conclusion to Sukkot, safe travels home, and a joyful transition into the week ahead! ❤️

The eighth day, often called the Last Great Day, begins tonight at dark!

Leviticus 23 commands seven days of dwelling in booths to remind us of YHWH’s provision through temporary dwellings. Following those seven days, he appoints an additional day of rest. There’s no command to continue dwelling in booths on the eighth day, but we’re still to rest from ordinary work and honor the day YHWH set apart.

We hope you’ve had a joyful Sukkot! As we finish this week of rejoicing and remembrance, let’s prepare to rest from ordinary work and honor the day YHWH set apart day. We hope you're able to rest, worship, and reflect on YHWH’s goodness.
