Good afternoon, church family.
As many of you know, Nepal and Tibet have been deeply affected by a devastating catastrophe. As disciples of Jesus, we are committed to coming alongside those who are grieving—to mourn with them and to support them in every way we can.
Here are two ways you can help:
1. Pray Fervently
Please join us in praying for:
* Families grieving the loss of loved ones.
* Those who are still searching and waiting for word about family and friends.
* Rescue workers serving in dangerous and difficult conditions.
* Families who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and everything they own.
* Churches and believers in Nepal who are serving their neighbors—that they would bring genuine comfort and compassion and faithfully share the hope of Jesus.
2. Give Generously
One of our partnering organizations, SEND Relief, is already making an impact through local churches in Nepal by providing food, supplies, shelter, and other critical support.
Because of your generosity through your regular gifts and offerings to Unity, we have already been able to give toward SEND Relief’s efforts. Thank you for your faithful generosity!
