WOW! Flying High, Inc. is AMAZING! Ready4Work teens were exposed to awesome training/certificate programs with minimal to no debt. Executive Director Jeff Magada, Jasmine Handy (Grow Urban Farm, Mgr.), and team gave a fantastic overview of urban farming, welding, carpentry, and more.

The housing, childcare, healthcare, food, and transportation expenses hit our Ready4Work teens hard in the OSU EXTENSION “Real Money. Real World” program and simulation. They learned to manage a monthly budget and unexpected expenses. Excellent experience!
