Sometimes God allows the writing on the wall to wake us up before destruction comes.

Daniel 5 reminds us that pride and dishonor toward God will always lead to a fall, but humility before Him brings grace and mercy.

“God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.” — 1 Peter 5:5-6

May we never become so comfortable in pride that we ignore God’s warning, correction, and calling.

Stay humble. Stay faithful. Stay surrendered. 🙏
