Please join us for a pitch-in meal after the service this Sunday! The theme for this meal will be picnic foods. Please bring a large main dish and side dish to share. Drinks will be provided. As a reminder, all food should be cooked in advance and if you are able, please bring a serving utensil for your dish. Please make sure your name is on your dish and serving utensil.

The Hospitality Team would be grateful for anyone willing and able to help clean up and take down tables at the end of the meal.

“I’ll go alone...” If you know what that means then you need to sign up for New Life’s revived Euchre Tournament on Friday, September 11th from 6–9pm in the Fellowship Hall. Spaces are limited to the first 44 people who sign up.

There is a $3 cost to join at the door and the funds collected will be donated to one of the local ministries we support. Light snacks and prizes will be provided. Bring your own drinks if you would like something other than water. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin on time. Kidz Root, our weekly gathering for children ages 4-10, will resume weekly meetings on Wednesday, September 9th from 4:45–6:00pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church (2801 W Riverside Ave) in Muncie.

Each week, children will enjoy fun activities, fellowship with friends, learning biblical truths, and working on Scripture memory. Through engaging activities and God's Word, our desire is to help children build a strong foundation of faith while enjoying time together. A snack will also be provided. We are encouraging everyone to consider inviting someone to join you for worship at New Life on "Bring-a-Friend Sunday” September 13th. This is an easy way to get people involved in the church, and you might be surprised how many people are willing to come if they are simply asked. One way to invite people is to spread the word through social media. A graphic to share can be found in the LifeLine!

We strongly encourage you to be willing to meet your guests at the door of the church, to sit with them during the service, and maybe go to lunch with them afterward. A gift bag will be provided at the Welcome Center to all visitors who attend that day.

As we anticipate July 4th, it is worth reflecting on one of the most influential documents leading up to the founding of America: the Mayflower Compact.

The compact marks the beginning of an imperfect society made by imperfect people with the expressed goal of honoring God, spreading the Christian faith, and seeking the welfare of the community.
