✨ Feast Day of St. Teresa of Calcutta | September 5th ✨
We celebrate the life and legacy of Mother Teresa—a woman who saw the face of Jesus in the "poorest of the poor" and became a living flame of His love.
Her life reminds us that we don’t have to do "great things," but rather "small things with great love."
🙏 A Prayer for Intercession
Saint Mother Teresa, in you the desire for Jesus on the Cross burned with a living flame, so that you became the light of His love for others. You, wanting to love Jesus as He had never been loved before, gave yourself completely to Him, denying Him nothing, becoming a carrier of His love for the poorest of the poor.
Ask for this grace from the Heart of Jesus for me... (state your intention).
Teach me submission to Jesus, so that He may pe*****te my entire mind, will, and heart and dispose of them, so that my life also radiates His light and His love for others. Amen.

As we head into the weekend, we invite you to take a moment of quiet reflection. Life can get busy, but we are called to find rest in Him.
Looking ahead, we are preparing for a very special time of grace at St. Mary’s—our 40 Hours Eucharistic Devotion happening September 13-15.
This is a beautiful opportunity to "unplug" from the noise of the world and spend some personal, quiet time with our Lord. Whether you can stay for ten minutes or a full hour, His doors are open for you.
📝 This Weekend: Please stop by the Atrium after Mass to sign up for an adoration time slot. Let’s fill every hour with prayer and praise!

The Adult Choir is back! Practices resume tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 3rd at 7 PM in the choir loft. Whether you’re a seasoned singer or just love to praise God through song, we would love to have you join the harmony.
🎭 Senior Ministry Road Trip
Ready for an inspiring performance? Our Senior Ministry is heading to see Joshua at Sight and Sound on October 21st. It’s going to be an unforgettable day of fellowship and faith. If you're interested, please get in touch with Mary Jo Schmidt to save your seat!

Established by Pope Francis, this day kicks off the "Season of Creation," a time for us to renew our relationship with our Creator and all of His handiwork. Let us take a moment today to pray for the protection of our common home and reflect on how we can live as better stewards of the Earth.
