With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we are pleased to offer free holiday meals to our community. On Thanksgiving Day, meals will be distributed between 11 am and 1 pm. To sign up, please call the church office by November 21st. Each meal will consist of turkey, filling, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes, green beans, and dessert.

We enjoyed our time at children's church on Sunday. We examined the biblical account of Samson and his loss of strength. When he prayed to God he requested his strength back so he could knock down the pillars. Our activities included brushing paint, cutting Samson's hair and knocking down the pillars.

As summer starts, we are proceeding through the Bible in children's church. This month's emphasis is the book of Judges. On Sunday, we examined the story of Deborah. We made a drawing of Deborah under a palm tree, utilized tactile play with "mud". Join us Sundays for games on Bible stories!
