That is our denomination, and we are glad to be a part of such a Christ-Focused group of churches and pastors.
The first denomination that was founded in the United States, a history of unity, and a history of solid foundations in the essentials of the Faith.

Wise words for a Sunday afternoon. Reminds me of Matthew 7,
"Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye. (ESV)"
Lets be reminded to grow deeply with Jesus,
Love God and Love Others. Be humble enough to change yourself and you can change the world for Him.

**edit** This is not our original idea, and all credit must be given to First Baptist Union in MS. The post had been regenerated and reposted a few places, and we did not know the original content creator behind it assuming it was just a form-post that was making its rounds on social media. Thankyou for letting us know where it originated. We heard, and will make sure to do much more digging in the future to find out where content has originated, giving credit and honor to where it is due. Never did we think it would be seen by anyone outside of our church, let alone outside of York, County and hopefully it has impacted other churches to think in the same way.

**Service Cancellation Notice**
With the snow looking worse and worse for specifically Sunday morning, Mt. Washington Leadership has made the call to cancel service for Sunday morning. Congregational meeting is also postponed until the following Sunday, February 1st.
Communion service will also be held February 1st, so no kids church that Sunday.
Please be safe, but dont forget, Your Bibles are inside, out of the snow and available to be read Sunday 😉.
