About ICYL-IOK Sunday School Program
The ICYL-IOK Sunday School program aims to create an enriching environment in which students can socialize with fellow Muslims their own age, as well as connect with teachers and mentors. It has become increasingly difficult for Muslim children to hold onto their identity.
The teachers work to not only instill an understanding of the deen, but also a love for the religion and Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala

The program follows the Safar curriculum, which covers a wide breadth of topics from Seerah to Fiqh. Our comprehensive curriculum includes essential topics such as the stories of the Prophets, Basic fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence). Through hands-on activities, public service projects, and engaging lessons, we strive to instill a profound understanding and love for Islam in our students. Additionally, students read and recite the Qur’an depending on their skill level.

The Sunday School program runs from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and is open to children ages 4 to 19 years old.
