RHEMA MEN'S SUMMIT 2023 - Saturday May 6th, 9:00am
Worship over Worry - Building men of resilient faith (Matthew 6:25-34)

General sessions, breakout sessions, lunch, giveaways.

Admission is FREE

With all that is going on currently and has gone on over the past 3 years (pandemic, politics, social injustices, civil unrest, all types of losses, fill in your own blank.) Worry tends to creep in when we don't have answers to the problems we're facing. Matthew 6:33 tells us we must seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you. That's WORSHIP over WORRY. In the midst of all our issues we need to learn to WORSHIP over our worries.

It's not easy, however it is doable. The Summit is the ideal place to come out for encouragement and tools to put a Worship over Worry mindset into practice in our quest to be men of resilient faith.

Our keynote speaker is Dr. Marcus Goodloe.
A Compton, California native, Marcus “Goodie” Goodloe, Ph.D. mentors students and educators, business professionals, athletes and entertainers, and faith communities across the country, on a range of issues including cultural and interpersonal relationships, leadership, character formation, and faith.

You're invited to join us on SATURDAY MAY 1st at 10:00 am for the 2021 RHEMA Men's Summit.

The theme is, "BE STILL & TRUST GOD!" Psalm 46:10

Guest speakers will be; Marcus "Goodie" Goodloe, PhD, Flourishing Church, Los Angeles and Stephen Thurston II, Salem Baptist Church, Chicago

The cost is only 2 hours of your time.

Brothers, during these times we need to pause, take a breath and know that we don't have all the answers and can't fix everything. God is in control and we need to trust Him. Especially now!

The Summit will encourage and remind us to put our faith in God and trust Him in this season of our "Faith Forward" journey.

The Summit was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic. However, as we navigated through the past year and observed the awesomeness of God we're moving forward with the Summit this year. We're keeping it virtual for the safety and consideration of all and look forward to being back in person in 2022 when we will celebrate 25 years (this year would have been the 25th annual, but since last year was cancelled this is the 24th event)

The Burning Bush Church (David Denson,Pastor) - DMZ Men's Conference is Friday evening 9/27 and Saturday 9/28/19 at the Burning Bush Church 14849 7th Street, Victorville, CA 92395.

Pastor Curry will be speaking and we want to go in great number to show support. We're planning on taking the church van and carpooling.

Men's Day is Sunday June 30th and ALL men are asked and encouraged to participate. Consider the following areas: The Men's Day Choir, Men's Day Ushers, Men's Day Greeters.

Men's Day Choir Rehearsal is this Saturday June 29th at 9:00 am and Usher practice is this Saturday at 9:00 am. If interested in greeting please text Dea, Owens at 949-887-0581.

The attire for Men's Day is the "DETERMINED" t-shirt and jeans. ALL men are asked to wear matching attire for Men's Day.

Saturday June 29th Camaraderie Event "BBQ, BONES and BID WHIST" a time of fun and camaraderie following the rehearsals on Saturday from 11:30 to 3:00 pm. Games will be on and poppin with domino, bid whist, chess, backgammon, poker, etc. Both tournament and non-tournament play. You bring it, we'll play it.

BBQ ribs, links and sides are on the menu.

Cost is FREE. Please rsvp so we can que up the appropriate amount of meat.
