Friend Day is coming and we’re preparing together. Join us for four meaningful gatherings as we pray for our city, our friends, and the people God is calling us to invite.

• Sept. 9 — Prayer Walk
• Sept. 16 — Prayer Walk

Meet at the YLTC Fountain at 6:30 PM. Park in the main parking lot.

Then join us for Friend Day on Sunday, October 4, at 10:30 AM at Evan’s BBQ on Main Street; followed by a free BBQ!

New Life family, join us this Sunday at 10:00 AM.

How do I know it is God’s voice leading me and not my own thoughts, fears, feelings, or someone else’s voice?

That is an important question, because the Holy Spirit still leads, redirects, calls, and opens hearts. And if we are going to follow Jesus, we have to learn to recognize His voice and take the next faithful step.

We know God is everywhere. But we never want to do church in a way that could run without depending on Him. We want to be a people who pray, listen, obey, and lean on the Holy Spirit, not simply a people with a plan and a service.

Come ready to worship Jesus, hear the Word, and ask God to help us become a church that is truly alive and active because the living God is at work among us.
