Ambrose Senyshyn (later Metropolitan Ambrose) as an extension of the Church's mission, lending lay assistance to a growing Ukrainian Catholic community. LUC is active in all four Ukrainian Catholic Eparchies of the USA, supporting the clergy and the hierarchy in their work. LUC members are involved in many aspects of Church life. We have long served as the "right hand" of the Ukrainian Catholic Ch

urch. The faith community has relied upon our support and dedication service. Our FUTURE: The Church is a community gathered in God's name. We come together to offer God our prayers, our hearts, our lives; God gives us back to one another to share His life and His love. That's what LUC is ALL about! We, the pastor and faithful of Saint Josaphat Church, wish to extend our prayerful greetings to His Eminence, Metropolitan +Borys, on the occasion of his seventh anniversary as Metropolitan-Archbishop of the Archeparchy of Philadelphia. We thank you for your vision and guidance, and we thank you for the example of prayer, love, and charity that you share with us. Thank you for your service and mission as a true Christian leader. It certainly has been an eventful and challenging first year, and we pray that, in this Pentecostal season, the Holy Spirit continues to enlighten you and direct you as our Shepherd.
