Strawberry Fest is Friday, June 12, 6-9!
tasty organic strawberries (sweetened or not), homemade cake and Young’s Ice Cream…all served up with a smile.

Yellow Springs Band will perform at 7pm, conducted by James Johnson 🎶

Please join us for a fun evening of community, music & Strawberries, Cake, Ice cream!!!

And…All are welcome to help us prepare the berries Friday morning (June 12) and get all set up for serving…Community Service credits offered.

The The Beloved Community Project of Yellow Springs’s Monthly Meal is the third Saturday from noon–2 pm. The local Beloved Community Project offers a free community meal the third Saturday of each month, noon–2 pm, at the First Presbyterian Church. In addition to healthy homemade food, the gathering provides a grocery table for guests to help themselves and take items home. There is no charge and no residency or need requirement, all are invited and welcome.

The Beloved Community Project, Inc, is an independent, nonprofit, nondenominational group committed to social justice and the benevolence of the Yellow Springs community.
Donations are welcome!

Yellow Springs Chamber Orchestra with James Johnston, Music Director, invite you to The Yellow Springs Chamber Orchestra with James Johnston, Music Director, invite you to A Concert for Troubled Times, Music of Brahms, Schubert, and Smetana, this Sunday, April 12, at 7:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church. Donations at the door benefit YS Community Music. This concert will feature three favorite pieces from the orchestral repertoire. We'll begin with Brahms' turbulent and brooding Tragic Overture, followed by Schubert's famous Unfinished Symphony, which alternates between serious and lyrical themes. The concert will end with Smetana's beloved tone poem, The Moldau, a musical description of the Czech national river as it flows through the Bohemian countryside. Join us for an evening of uplifting music!

The church office will be CLOSED Monday, January 19, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Annual Meeting will be held January 25, 2026, immediately following worship. All members and friends of the church are welcome! Don’t forget a place setting. If able, please bring a dish to share.
Help us build the Great Wall Of Soup! We will begin the build January 11th. If each of us brings a can of SOUP to church each Sunday until Soup-er Bowl Sunday, February 8th, we will have a GREAT WALL OF SOUP to donate to those in need.
