Attention, attention!
Camp Rudolph’s very own, Trish Goodman Hackett is headed to Thailand on a mission trip this fall!
Trish is often the one behind the scenes posting here; but we wanted to post and share about this wonderful opportunity Trish has been called to be part of.
Trish’s job title may be “Office Manager,” but we all know she goes above and beyond the call of duty as she serves as a mothering figure to so many of our campers in their time spent away from home. We can’t wait to hear how God uses her caring, nurturing, peaceful spirit throughout her time spent serving in Thailand!
We are asking that you would please join us in prayer for the group of adults that will be going on this mission trip - please pray for them to be able to serve the locals and missionaries they’ll be serving with well; pray for stamina; pray for the Spirit to move and work through them and their time in Thailand!
Trish is currently raising funds for her portion of the trip. There are a couple ways you can contribute if you feel so led -
Option 1 - if you have a business or work for a business that may be interested in helping fund this trip, you can be a Sponsor for the Run for the Nations 5K on Saturday September 26, 2026 at Lake Meade Park in Suffolk. There are different tiers of sponsorship that allow your business to receive benefits for their donation! These donations are due no later than Thursday September 11, 2026.
Option 2 - individuals can give online, directly towards Trish’s trip. To give online, go to https://pushpay.com/pay/fbcsuffolk simply select the On Mission Fund or Other, and type in “Thailand: Trish Hackett” in the memo. These donations are due no later than September 19, 2026.
Trish is also doing a coffee fundraiser.
