Douglas "Brent" Dyck, of Tucson, AZ and longtime resident of Yakima, WA went home to be with The Lord on May 13, 2024 after a brief battle with cancer.
Brent was born December 17, 1962 in Yakima, WA to Harley & Leora (Crown) Dyck. He attended schools in Yakima and grew up working in the orchards. Later he did various laborer jobs, worked at Kwik-Lok from 1996 to 2008 where he became a supervisor. In 2009, he began working for Keith & Keith Funeral Home where he was employed for over 10 years. It was through that job that he met his wife, Twila in 2011, where she was employed at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. They were married October 13, 2012 in Coeur D' Alene, ID.
In 2020, Brent and Twila moved to Tucson, AZ where he accepted a job offer as crematory operator in the funeral industry. Brent and Twila enjoyed riding their Harley-Davidson. They began attending Christian Faith Fellowship Church and became members of Full Throttle Motorcycle Ministry.
Brent is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife, Twila, their cat Topaz, and sister Laurie (Stan) Ruff.
A memorial service will be at Keith & Keith Funeral Home on June 26 at 1pm.
