For the past twelve years the Central Washington Catholic Foundation has worked to support and enhance philanthropy and charitable activities for the needy and disadvantaged and for faith-oriented worthy causes in Central Washington. CWCF has given away $1 million to support Catholic schools and parishes, seminarian education, college scholarships and various ministries. Our 30+ endowment funds wi

ll continue to support these worthy causes. To celebrate our 10th Anniversary in 2012 we announced our new vision and mission statements and the establishment of the Celebration of Faith Fund. The vision of the Central Washington Catholic Foundation is to provide enduring support for Catholic education and ministries of Central Washington. The mission of the Central Washington Catholic Foundation is to support Catholic education. The Celebration of Faith Fund is dedicated to providing support for Catholic education in parishes and schools in Central Washington. We provide tuition assistance for low-income families and financial assistance to parishes for their religious education programs.

In Loving Memory of Father John Vogl

It is with profound sorrow and faith in the promise of eternal life that we announce the passing of Father John Vogl, who entered into eternal rest this past week.

A devoted priest at – St. Francis Xavier Cabrini Benton City, Father Vogl dedicated his life to serving God and His people. You may have had the privilege of seeing him celebrate Mass here at St. Joseph occasionally on Tuesdays.

As we grieve his loss, we also express our gratitude for his life and the countless souls he impacted.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.

Please keep Father Vogl in your thoughts and prayers.
