Sometimes the world is a little crazy! But it's comforting to know that there are people in our lives that we can look up to to find comfort and peace.

Jesus Christ is the someone we can look up to the most. He will always be there no matter what. He is the light of the world that cannot be hidden. With His help, we can find that ultimate source of peace and comfort❤️

"I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is true. I know this because nothing else fills me with as much peace as this gospel does. In the hectic life of being a college student, an inner sense of peace is vital if I want to survive physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Even when tests loom, grades attack, and awkward social conversations ensue, the peace I gain from this gospel gives me the courage to keep pressing forward. I love Jesus Christ so much, and I am so grateful that He loves us enough to give us a foundation wherein we know we can make it back to Him someday!"

This week, we went on campus to find out what YOU love best about your mom!

Mothers are wonderful examples of the love the Savior feels for us, and this Mother's Day we want to give that back to them! In Proverbs 31:28–29 it says:

"Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: 'Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.'"

STRENGTH💪💪💪

This week, we went around and asked YOU who you lean on for strength in difficult times!

Jesus Christ is always there when we need support. In Isaiah 41:10, it says:

"Out of all the things I have learned over the years, one thing has stuck out the most. Jesus Christ loves us with a love we cannot comprehend. As I have come to learn more of Him and His Atonement, I am continually in awe of the depth of His sacrifice and the simplicity of His grace. I can attest that He knows you on a level no one else can, and He loves you despite all of the shortcomings. Because of His love, we are enabled to accomplish things beyond our capacity, and He will always stretch His hands out to embrace us when we need Him.

HAPPINESS💛💛💛

We went around the CWU campus and asked people what makes them the happiest.

We know that Jesus Christ is our ultimate source of happiness. In Mosiah 2:41 it says:

"... I would desire that ye should consider on the blessed and happy state of those that keep the commandments of God. For behold, they are blessed in all things, both temporal and spiritual; and if they hold out faithful to the end they are received into heaven, that thereby they may dwell with God in a state of never-ending happiness."
