This Sunday, we begin a new 4-week series asking an important question: Why does the church matter?

We’ll begin with “My Church” from Matthew 16:13–20 and Jesus’ powerful declaration: “I will build My church.”

The church is important because it belongs to Jesus, He is building it, and He has given it a mission. And as His church, we have the privilege and responsibility to be part of what He is doing in the world.

Join us this Sunday as we take a closer look at why His church matters...and why it matters that we are part of it.

We’ll have hamburgers, hot dogs, homemade ice cream, and bouncy houses for the kids. Come enjoy a fun evening with your family and friends as we get ready for another school year!
