Formerly known as Apex Xenia, it was launched as an independent church body at the close of 2019. New Community is not “new” in the sense of being recently conceived. The name comes from an understanding of what people are in Christ; A people of a new covenant, following a new commandment , with a new hope. It continues to be a family of missionary servants who make disciples who make disciples.
