Plant-based Cooking Class - Monday, May 11th, at 6:30 pm at the Wytheville Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1600 Chapman Rd., Wytheville, VA.

Come learn ways to prevent , reverse and/or improve pre-diabetes and type II diabetes. Food Demos and video presentation with Dr. Wes Youngberg.

This year we are focusing on ways to prevent or manage diabetes.
Come join Joya and her team as they approach this subject that affects nearly half of America. Weight gain, heart disease, and many other health related subjects will be discussed each month. Fun presentations, door prizes, demos, and related videos along with SAMPLES. Classes will conclude by 8 pm.
