What does it take to truly know God? In 1 Corinthians 2:1–16, Paul reminds the church that the Christian faith is not built on impressive arguments, human wisdom, or persuasive personalities. Instead, it rests on the power of God and the work of the Holy Spirit, who reveals the deep truths of God to His people.

Paul reflects on his own ministry among the Corinthians, emphasizing that he came with a simple message: Jesus Christ and Him crucified. While the world values intelligence, influence, and achievement, God invites us into a wisdom that can only be understood through His Spirit. As we grow in Christ, the Spirit transforms how we think, how we live, and how we see the world.

The message of the cross has always challenged the wisdom and values of the world. In 1 Corinthians 1:18-31, Paul declares that what seems weak, foolish, or unimpressive to human eyes is actually the power and wisdom of God. While the world chases success, status, and self-reliance, God reveals His salvation through a crucified Savior.

This passage reminds us that Christianity is not built on human achievement or intellectual pride, but on the grace and power of Jesus Christ. The cross humbles us, rescues us, and completely reshapes the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

God often works through what the world overlooks, rejects, or misunderstands. The cross stands at the center of the Christian life, reminding us that true wisdom, identity, and salvation are found only in Jesus.

Watch now to discover why the “foolishness” of the cross is actually the hope and power of God for all who believe.

Baptism is more than a religious tradition or symbolic ritual—it is a powerful declaration of faith in Jesus Christ. Throughout the New Testament, baptism marks the beginning of a transformed life, identifying believers with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Baptism doesn’t save us, but it beautifully points to the salvation and new life we have already received through Christ. Baptism is a declaration that your old life is gone, your new life has begun, and your identity is now found in Jesus.

Whether you’re considering baptism yourself or wanting to better understand its significance, this message will encourage you to see baptism as a response to the grace and love of God.

In a church marked by division and rivalry, the apostle Paul calls believers back to what truly matters: unity in Jesus. In 1 Corinthians 1:10–17, Paul confronts the tendency to form groups around personalities, preferences, and leaders—reminding the church that Christ is not divided.

This passage challenges us to examine how easily we elevate people, opinions, or styles above the gospel itself. Paul redirects the focus away from human leaders and back to the cross—the only foundation strong enough to unite God’s people.

In this message, we’ll reflect on:
* Why division is so damaging to the church
* How pride and preferences can pull us apart
* Why the gospel—not personalities—must remain central

Unity doesn’t mean uniformity, but it does mean shared allegiance to Jesus above all else. As followers of Christ, we are called to lay aside division and live as one body, centered on Him.

Watch now to discover how the gospel brings us together and shapes us into a unified, Christ-centered community.

In the opening words of 1 Corinthians, the apostle Paul reminds a struggling and messy church of something foundational: who they are in Christ. Before addressing their problems, Paul points them to their identity—they are called, set apart, and gifted by God.

In 1 Corinthians 1:1–9, we see that despite their flaws, Paul thanks God for His grace in them and assures them that God will sustain them to the end.

In this message, we’ll explore:
* What it means to be called and set apart in Christ
* How God’s grace defines our identity, not our failures
* The confidence we have in God’s faithfulness to finish what He started

No matter where you are in your journey, God is at work in you, shaping you and sustaining you until the day of Christ.

In Mark 14–15, we walk through the darkest hours of Jesus’ life—His betrayal, arrest, unjust trial, and ultimately His crucifixion. False accusations are raised, the crowds turn, and the innocent Son of God is condemned to die. Yet behind every moment of injustice stands a greater purpose: Jesus is willingly giving His life to save sinners.

The cross is not an accident—it is the center of God’s redemptive plan. Jesus endures suffering, shame, and death so that we might be forgiven, restored, and made new.

In this message, we’ll reflect on:
* The injustice of Jesus’ trial and the depth of His love
* What the crucifixion reveals about the seriousness of sin
* How the cross calls us to respond with repentance, faith, and surrender

As we near the end of The Road to the Resurrection, we are confronted with the reality that our sin put Jesus on the cross—but His love for us kept Him there.

Join us as we remember the cost of our redemption and prepare our hearts for the hope that is coming!
