Dear Christ Lutheran Church Member and Friends,

I am scrambling to fly out on vacation today for the next week to meet up with family in Florida as we gather for time away, time together.

I have also switched vehicles with my son this past week because I needed his truck. I went to church for a few last minute things I needed to get done for next week and found myself LOCKED OUT!

I have the church key on my other key ring.

There is a lock box code, but I do not know the code. I tried making a few call, no one was able to answer. I finally spoke with Amity and figure out another way.

There is always another way to get in, get back to church. Today it just took slowing down, thinking creatively, and letting go of the panic and fear I will miss a flight. Solution found.

When have you found yourself locked out of church? Locked out of a relationship? Locked out of anything?

There is always another way, but it requires new thinking, problem solving, and often the help of others.

God is one of those helps.

There are people who are just waiting to be asked for help around you.

Pause, and find the key you need today.

I will be gone and off until Saturday June 13.

You are welcome to call and text me with your needs if you choose and I will help as I can.

I will not be doing daily prayers, bible study online, or any social media publications this next week.

I am on vacation starting today for the next week until next Saturday.

I will pause my daily prayers, social media messages, email and writing.

I will re enter public life on Saturday June 13.
