Calvary Presbyterian Church of Wyncote Calvary Presbyterian is a small, vibrant church located in historic Wyncote, PA, which is part of Cheltenham Township and a suburb of Philadelphia.

We embrace a diversity of ages and religious backgrounds among our members. Calvary is known as "the little church with a big heart", because of the caring way we minister to each other and to our community.

Looking for a way to give back and serve your community this coming Dr. Martin Luther King Day? Join us at Calvary for a day of service on Monday, January 15th from 10am-2pm. We have multiple opportunities to help!

· Cook and package meals for delivery to Caring For Friends, a nonprofit organization providing food and friendship to homebound and homeless people in the Philadelphia area. All food and packaging materials will be supplied.

· Collect food donations for local food pantries. Please bring non-perishable items such as pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter, jelly, canned fish and chicken, granola bars, juice boxes, and individually packaged snacks.

· Collect new or gently used clothing for donation to Whosoever Gospel Mission, a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, food, clothing, education, counseling, rehabilitation and other assistance to homeless and/or needy men, women and children in the Philadelphia Area.

· Spruce up the Sanctuary

· Write cards to cheer up homebound church members and others in the community.

Thank you to everyone who helped with the American Red Cross blood drive at Calvary on Saturday, October 14th.

We went over our goal with 28 units collected for patients in need. Thank you very much, and a special thank you to the volunteers!
