How often do we hear the phrase, “You shall know the truth, and the truth will set you free”? In this lesson, Gary introduces the principle of abiding in Christ and how that applies to “the truth shall set you free.” The word abide means to live in or continue in. Jesus tells those that believe in Him that they must abide in His Word to be His true disciples.

In 1965, the Byrds recorded the song Turn! Turn! Turn! The song simply quotes the wise King Solomon, who wrote that "there is an appointed time for everything, and there is a time for every event under heaven." In this message, Gary explores the concept of God's timing. Quite often, the answer to our prayers is "Not Yet." Not a "No," just "Not Yet." When we align our lives with God's timing, everything is beautiful.

You fight it. You pray about it. You resist it. But over time… something shifts.
You stop expecting change. You start adjusting your life around it. You become stuck. Jesus came to remove the limitations.
