Susan took to the road yesterday and ventured west to visit with Oxford UMC to discuss their investment options and other ways the Foundation could partner with them in ministry.

Thought we would share some pics from today's United Methodist Camp & Retreat Ministry Association meeting. Aren't you all so excited that the Wesley Camp and Retreat Center is opening next month?!? Send those kiddos or maybe sponsor another child from your district. A lot of churches have camp funds set aside, but no kids to send. You can sponsor youth from another church who may not be able to get there otherwise. Yay camp! ⛪️✝️❤️🛶⛺️☀️

Foundation staff joined friends at King Avenue UMC this morning to discuss their connectional relationship and even got a tour of their current archives display (which included documents from the late 1800s!).

This afternoon we were able to celebrate and express our gratitude for two special people, Ron Alford and Barb Cantlin. Together they created a scholarship through their endowment held with the Foundation to benefit clergy pursing their Doctorate of Ministry Degree at Methodist Theological School in Ohio (MTSO).

In partnership with the West Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church’s Office of Ministry and MTSO, the Foundation has been able to support two cohorts of Alford Cantlin DMin Fellows, some of whom were able to join today.
