Topic for discussion: "Who is more correct on their doctrine, the left or the right?"

We will have open conversation with everyone who attends, and an amazing chance to pursue unity with others who may disagree with us! But we will do this together, and create a safe and respectful place to dive deep and have genuine communication!

If you look around and are absolutely frustrated with how divided it seems like everyone has become, it's time to take action. Nothing changes unless we become the change we want to see, so let's do something about it!

Tomorrow night (Thursday, Jan 12th) @ 6 PM, we are meeting at the Exchange Church in Wormleysburg, PA to practice becoming an agent of unity in a divided world. We are going to come together, discuss how we can better honor and respect others, and practice discussing the hardest of topics you can think of, in a safe environment where we actually want to hear each of our unique perspectives. This will give us powerful tools for life, as we learn to communicate and show others that not everyone has to be so divided, but that there actually ARE those who want to see love and relationship thrive!

If you are in the greater Harrisburg area, and desire to see this type of unity made reality, come join us! We will meet from 6-7:30-ish, and feel free to come and go as you please. This is very casual, and we will work to create a place of safety for all of us to grow!

We are meeting in just over 2 weeks! This will be such an amazing time to learn and practice with other followers of Jesus who desire relationship and connection over this mess of division we are watching right now in the church.

I can't promise there won't be disagreements or arguments at the meetings, in fact I am guessing that will likely happen. But, what I can promise is a safe place to think and process with others. And everyone else there WANTS to see the best in you. Regardless of your doctrine, political leanings, theology. YOU are valuable, and we will all choose to see that first and foremost in every disagreement.

Come expecting great things, and a chance to learn how to have these difficult discussions in love and honor like you never have before!

Are you tired of division and fighting among anyone with different views? Frustrated that almost anything you post on Facebook with an option will probably be attacked by your friends or family?

You aren't alone, and many of us want to see this change. That is why we are getting together next month to learn how to have hard conversation and actually discuss the hardest topics (politics, theology, etc..), while pursuing relational connection above all else. This won't be listening to 1 person talk for an hour. Everyone will be very actively participating in the chats! You will meet with others that may have very different views than you, and get a chance to connect in a safe environment, with everyone having the same goal of caring for one another.
