Interdenominational Women of Faith Ministry is God ordained with a mandate to encourage and support women from every background and walk of life to live a life of faith (Romans 1:17) that pleases God. (Hebrews 11)

OBJECTIVES
1. Reach out to women from a
ll backgrounds and walks of life with the message of God’s love for them and encourage them to live a life of faith
2. Share the gospel of Jesus Christ showing his love in practical ways by ministering to the various aspects of needs
3. Encourage spiritual growth through monthly fellowships and conferences (once a year)
4. Emphasize living a life of faith that pleases God
5. Create a biblical based support system for women
STATEMENT OF FAITH
1. There is only one God, existent as the Holy Trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit
2. The bible is the true infallible word of God, holy, pure, living and powerful
3. Jesus Christ is the son of the living God, born of a virgin and He is the only way to the Father
4. Jesus died and rose on the third day, ascended to heaven and sits at the right hand of God
5. Salvation/redemption from sin is through the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed on Calvary
6. Water baptism(full immersion) is the way for believers to identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus
7. Holy Spirit baptism is from God upon those that believe in his Son Jesus Christ
8. Jesus Christ as promised in God’s word will return for ‘His Church’ unto eternity
VISION
The IWOF vision has 4 pillars which are:
1. Spiritual Growth
Our goal is to ‘encourage the discouraged’ and ‘encourage the encouraged’ to accomplish more for the Kingdom of God. We encourage them by teaching God’s word so they can apply it to their lives. We support them in prayer and in our actions of love. It is about what we can do together to reach the world and share the love of Christ, making a difference in people’s lives.
2. Empowering Women: Educational Opportunities
Women of faith are lifelong learners. Therefore, in some of our monthly meetings there will be educational sessions designed to empower women to improve their lives.
3. Biblical based Support System & Community Outreach in the USA
*We will look for creative ways of helping the hurting, relieving human suffering and sharing the light and love of Jesus Christ with the world.
*We will mourn with those who are mourning and rejoice with those who are rejoicing *Biblical based counseling (Titus 2:4-5).
*During our meetings we will celebrate birthdays, graduations or milestones that our members accomplish
*Helping the homeless in our communities
*Summer cookout for the community (theme: a taste of Africa)
*Projects in Africa
*Distribute feminine pads to rural schools.
*Medical supplies to hospitals (gloves, pain killers etc)
*Paying school fees for orphans
