The heart of this area of ministry is to meet ladies right where they are in life and come along side them, encouraging, supporting, praying and equipping them along in their journey with God. By developing a network of professionals in developed countries who are willing to use their skills and experience to help promote women. RWLO offers educational programs, networking and mentoring experiences, resources and professional and personal development opportunities to its members. To improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world enabling them to take control of their lives and live their dreams, by social and economic programs empowerment. Our ultimate purpose is to utilize our God-given talents and gifts to honor Jesus Christ by caring for and educating young girls regarding pregnancy related issues and premarital sexual activities. As women leaders, we will help train our young girls to the knowledge of God. Women back the visions of their husband and transformational skills in turning a gift in to career with the Christian values as a track and guide to fulfil divine agendas for their Destiny.
