The Worcester Havurah is an independent group of Jews and friends-of-Jews of all ages in and around Worcester, MA—Nipmuc territory.

Jews and friends-of-Jews who come together to celebrate, sing, pray, and grapple with Jewish texts and traditions from a diasporic, liberatory framework decoupled from zionism. Sloppy & E-Wasted: An Anti-AI Purim Production was definitely a show to remember, and we are so grateful for the beautiful community that helped bring it all together! The one thing AI will not be taking from us is the collective grief and joy that only us blood bags have the gotten wonderful opportunity to experience.

Our young Havurah members celebrated Tu Bishvat by using their 5 senses in a winter outdoor scavenger hunt!
What might it look like to redirect our Jewish education to be liberatory, diasporic and nature-based?? We would love curriculum resources if you have some!

Call Mayor Petty 508-799-1153 to support the Ceasefire Resolution, bring a buddy to City Council with you tomorrow, Jan 7th at 5:30pm for a pre-meeting vigil,
and please wear black.

The multifaith group is bringing Worcester’s municipal ceasefire resolution to city council on Oct 22nd! We see the resolution as a powerful tool to deepen organizing for ceasefire in our community, and to continue to send a message to our elected officials, including the Senators, that Massachusetts residents want to see an end to this genocide.
