Harvest Dinner-October 17th

We are asking all of our parishioners to help make this dinner a great success. Please volunteer, if you can prepare one of the items needed or, if you like to bring a specialty of your own. We will greatly appreciate it. There are sign-up sheets on the piano podium. Aluminum trays for you to bring your delicious contribution in will be available shortly.

The staff and parishioners will miss him dearly as he is the Rock of Our Church Foundation. If you see Father Joe, extend your heartfelt congratulations as the Lord has sent him on a new path in life. St. Joseph’s Catholic Church will persevere in continuing to keep his Christian Concepts and Programs in our parish!

Joe Reali was a dynamic young man whose passion was evident both on the football field and in how he lived his Catholic faith. Following his sudden and tragic death in 2015, thousands turned out for his wake and funeral, where they shared stories about Joe’s sacrificial love for others and his care for the downtrodden. Today, the legacy of this devout and fun-loving young man lives on through the Joseph Mario Reali Knights of Columbus Council 16261 in Woodbury, NY. Be inspired by Joe’s passion to spread the love of Christ, to live his faith in every aspect of his life, and his utter devotion to Mary, the Rosary, and the Sacraments.
