Dear All,

We will not be having Worship in person tomorrow. Due to the predicted weather, the cold, the expected snow to continue through church service that would not allow for clear roads, sidewalks or parking lot, and the Governor’s deceleration of State of Emergency.
We will be posting one or two things to Facebook that you may view for worship by tomorrow morning.

Moreland UMC has modified our weather closure policy.
Any time the Wayne County, Ohio Sheriff declares a Level 2 snow emergency before any church function, it will be cancelled.
If the Wayne County, Ohio Sheriff declares a level 2 snow emergency at 7pm or after on Saturday, the Sunday morning Sunday School and Worship Service will be cancelled.
Cancellations will be reported to the Board chair and a text will be sent to all congregants who get text and a post will be put on the FB page.

Although Christmas is often a time of joy, laughter, and celebrations, we are very aware that for some of us, this season can be one of loneliness, sadness, and grief. If you find yourself struggling, for whatever reason, to find the peace of this season, then we pray this Blue Christmas Service will help. We pray it reminds you that you are not alone, that you are seen, and that you are loved.

Worship Service this morning is cancelled

The Wayne County Sheriff has issued a level two snow alert. If it continues overnight we will cancel the Sunday morning Worship Service. Our daughter just went to work and said the roads were terrible. Be careful tonight. We will post an update in the morning.

Christmas Caroling
Share the Joy of Christmas with our shut-ins. We will be leaving the church at 1 pm on December 6th. You say you can't sing, neither can I. Lets make a joyful noise together.

Fifth Sunday Potluck
Join us for our fifth Sunday Potluck lunch following our Worship service this Sunday, November 30th for food and fellowship. Bring something to share if you can. If you can't come anyway, We would love to have you.
