Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands-on work
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Valid driver’s license preferred
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
