Father, I am bringing You the burdens I have been carrying: the fears I keep rehearsing, the problems I cannot control, and the weight I was never meant to hold alone.

Teach me to trust Your care more than my own striving. Quiet my anxious thoughts and soften my grip on what I keep trying to manage. Help me remember that surrender is not giving up; it is placing everything into the hands of the One who sees, knows, and sustains me.

Lord, carry what is too heavy for me today. Let me walk lighter: not because every circumstance has changed, but because I know I do not walk through them alone.

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you.” ( Psalm 55:22)
