I want to thank God for His many blessings and placing His hand on our South Jersey Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Auxiliary In Ministry’s (SJEJ AIM) Convention for a second year in a row. You are an Amazing, Faithful, Awesome God!!! Thank you to my Prelate, Bishop Tyrone W. McCombs for your leadership and willingness to support our AIM Team. WE are a better jurisdiction because you are truly a man of faith, unity, and service. God has truly anointed you for the task of leading His people and graced you with gifts that edify our Jurisdictional Body. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! To our Supervisor of Women, Mother Deborah R. Kitchen, thank you for all your support through prayer and presence. Thank you for the words of encouragement and I do not take it lightly. To all our Superintendents, District Missionaries, and Pastors, thank you for your attendance and financial support. Love you all. Thank you, Pastor Wayne Nelson and the Adjutancy, along with Missionary Barbara Elliott and the ushers for serving in excellence. To the host churches, Healing Wings Pentecostal Temple, and True Covenant Worship Center; thank you Supt. Guidry and Pastor Butler for making your church homes available and for your staffs’ assistance, while serving in excellence for the AIM Convention. Thank you SJEJ Executive Cabinet for working behind the scenes and stepping in to assist the AIM Team, you are THE BEST!!!
Thank you, Sunday School Department, led by Supt. George Thornton and Evangelist Jacqueline Martin for another impressive Color Day on Tuesday. Thank you, Missions & Evangelism Department, for a great service Wednesday. Min. Eric Thompson, Evangelist Helen Bowser, Evangelist Lily Hunt, and Evangelist Jeanne Harris-Powell, you all have a heart for people and thank you for your efforts throughout the year. Thank you, Lady Tawana Butler for your willingness to let the Lord use you and ushering the presence of God. Thank you, Music & Youth Departments. Evangelist Debbie Jones and Elder Bruce Williams, our AIM Team and Jurisdiction extend gratitude for everything you both do in every service. Thank you, Youth Department led by Deacon Antoine Colbert & Sis. Joy Colbert. You are the hardest working youth leaders in our denomination. To the musicians, Bro. David Hanson, Bro. Nick Hill, Bro. Isaiah Pollitt, and Bro. Jaden Savage. Thank you for serving in excellence each night. Thank you to the Vice-Chair of the AIM Convention, Sis. Shavon Thornton for your patience and willingness to serve. Thank you for your support and efforts throughout this year. Thank you to members of executive team Secretary, Sis. Tyra McCombs, Elder Khayree Jackson, Bro. David Hanson, and Evangelist Yvonne Lewis for all that you do.
To our guests, thank you to Pastor James Schwartz, Jr and the St James Pentecostal Church, The Powerhouse Center for being a vessel through music on Thursday Night. Elder Eric L Hayes and Pastor Major Mitchell, co-laborers as AIM Chairmans, thank you for your presence and contributions during the AIM Convention. To the preachers, Supt. Gilbert White and Evangelist Arielle Ward, WOW!!! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for both consecrating and positioning yourselves in God’s presence to deliver timely messages for our Jurisdiction. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Many were contacting me regarding the impact of your ministries. TGBTG!!! Thank you, Evangelist Joann White and Elder William Ward, for supporting your spouses and holding them down in prayer.
To my family, my Parents, Superintendent Joseph Lewis, Sr., and Evangelist Carolyn Lewis, along with my sister, Evangelist Yvonne Lewis. Love you all and thank you for always being a place of protection, comfort, care, and love. To Height Church, thank you for covering your pastor in prayer. To my children, Melvin, Jayla, Taylor, and TJ, love you so much. To my wife, Fahtema, I could go on and on about your worth, but to save time, I will say thank you.
